Usage of these forums is intended solely for the customers and licensees of Data Support Systems, Inc.
Data Support Systems, Inc. is providing this “User On-line Forum” as an additional means of receiving customer support questions, suggestions and feedback. It is not meant to replace the Customer Support Line, only to augment it, and to provide a place for positive “Customer to Customer” and “Customer to Vendor” interaction. We believe this forum will allow us to continue to provide you with the high quality support, you have become accustomed to.
Please read the sections below and click “Go To Forum”, in order to be taken to the forum area. If this is your first visit, you may wish to print these instructions.

General Usage:

- Users will be required to sign in to gain access to the support forums. To obtain a user name and password, please contact ldowding@datasupport.com.
- Once signed into the secured area, users will have "read only" privileges to all information contained within the forum, including Frequently Asked Questions.
- DSS reserves the right to remove any "Post" or "Thread" that DSS deems to be defamatory, copyrighted, or otherwise inappropriate.
- In order to gain posting privileges in the forums, users must register a username and password in the forum system. Guidelines for username creation can be found below.

Username Creation:
|
- To create a username for the first time, click on the “Register” button in the toolbar along the top left portion of your screen.
- The first screen you will be presented with is a Registration Agreement page. Please, read over this page and if you agree to the terms, click on the “I Agree to these Terms” link on the bottom of your screen.
- You will be prompted to enter information such as a Username, Password, and Email Address. These fields are the only required fields. You can however, provide as much information as you would like, in order to make your experience here more enjoyable. Once you have finished filling out your information, please click “Submit” at the bottom of your screen.
- This action will send an email to the forum administrator informing them of a new user. Once the administrator approves the username, posting access will be granted, and the username activated. This is usually within 24 hours on a business day.

Username Guidelines:
|
- DSS Staff will be recognizable by the format of their usernames. All staff usernames will be in the following format: DSS-FirstnameLastInitial.
- DSS asks that our customers follow this same standard. For example, please format your username as follows: Bank-Firstname. Although this will not be strictly enforced, it is strongly suggested. This will benefit the experience of all users.
- The administrator will review all usernames prior to activation of the account. The administrator will not activate usernames that are inappropriate for this setting
