Case Management Solutions Expanding Reach for Omaha Company
Omaha NE, April 25th, 2013: Data Support Systems Inc. (DSS), a leading solution provider in Back Office Payment Automation, today announced their second production implementation of TRIPS Dispute™. TRIPS Dispute is the latest in a class of Case Management products from DSS that are quickly reshaping this company in its 25th year of business. Accompanying Dispute is TRIPS Adjustments, a widely accepted universal customer and bank adjustment platform and TRIPS Collections™ the only recently released domestic and international check collection platform. DSS Founder and Chief Executive Officer, Carl Bortol, said, “This is a truly remarkable day for both DSS and our customers. Thanks to a few loyal clients we were made aware of the tremendous regulatory, service and fraud pressures financial institutions are under when navigating their responsibilities under Regulation E and Z." Mr. Bortol continued, "We are elated that our customers have seen firsthand what we can do for them with our legacy products in returns and exception processing and are now coming to us for the same kind of help in dispute processing. This solution fit perfectly within our Case Management suite and continues to diversify DSS beyond just check. We are overwhelmed at our customers level of excitement for these solutions!” TRIPS Dispute automates the handling of Regulation “E” (primarily debit card) and Regulation “Z” (primarily credit card) disputes utilizing the same state of the art timeline and actions management capabilities TRIPS solutions have become known for. TRIPS Dispute also provides configuration capabilities and user configurable interview scripts in such a straight forward manner that it is also easily deployed to process many other forms of payment or even non-payment related disputes.
